Without a doubt, Marilyn Monroe’s lush curves and hourglass shape have a sexy, healthy vigor that Twiggy’s sickly, wispy frame lacks. Ideally, our waists would be neat and trim, and our breasts full like Monroe’s, but our genetics have a mind of their own. More on Lipofilling

Stem Cells For Breast Augmentation?
There’s a new way to recycle when it comes to plastic surgery. Rather than using saline or silicone for breast implants – which may result in a short shelf life, slippage, and leaks – plastic surgeons from Israel, Europe, and Japan are taking fat and stem cells from thighs and hips to achieve bigger and shapelier breasts in their patients. Or so they say. More on Stem Cells for Breast Augmentation
The Different Techniques of Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation can increase the size of small breasts, make sagging breasts appear perkier, improve body symmetry, and replace breast tissue lost to mastectomy. It has become one of the most popular cosmetic procedures for women.
Breast implants have come a long way since the early days of breast augmentation. Now, women have plenty of choices regarding the type of implant they want, and how and where it is inserted. More on Breast Augmentation
Are Smaller Breasts the New Trend?
Apparently, “A” is the new “D” when it comes to cup sizes; at least that is the latest buzz after a September article in the New York Times fashion section touted diminutive breasts as an asset, not the disappointment that so many women have perceived them to be for decades now.
There is no doubting that thin is in, and super-thin celebrities such as Cameron Diaz and Taylor Swift are flaunting their ..More on Smaller Breasts The New Trend
Breast Implant Reduction Surgery
The notable trend in recent years has been for celebrities seeking help to have their breast enlargement implants replaced by smaller ones, or removed altogether.
It matches the tendency right now for everyone, including celebrities, during these times of hardship, to choose a less ostentatious lifestyle, preferring not to flaunt their assets – be they physical or material.
Excess and decadence have been replaced by a more responsible approach to life, and with it the way celebrities dress and present themselves to the world.
And this seems to have affected the trend for breast sizes, too. Gone are the days when the biggest assets to come out of Hollywood were Pamela Anderson’s breasts. Today’s popular actresses represent the smaller, more toned frame, with breasts in proportion to their slimmer physiques.
Breast reduction:
High profile celebrities such as Victoria Beckham, Drew Barrymore and Sharon Osbourne have chosen to seek breast implant reduction surgery.
So, is this trend set to continue?
Recent media coverage has observed the increase in interest in less invasive cosmetic surgery techniques that help reduce signs of aging, creating more subtle changes rather than radical plastic surgery. This has been at the expense of more obvious surgery, such as breast augmentation and surgical face lifts.
Some stars have gone public about their desire for smaller breasts. Kelly Osbourne was very outspoken about her desire for surgery, as was Simona Halep, the Romanian tennis star, famed more for her large chest than her tennis prowess. The biggest stars of today like Keira Knightly, Natalie Portman, Lucy Liu and Gwyneth Paltrow, have all reached the top of the ruthless industry that is show business, despite having a smaller chest, so it would seem that casting agents are looking beyond the obvious when it comes to finding new female talent.
Yet there are web sites dedicated to the breast size of famous stars. Are we really that obsessed by their vital statistics or is this just to pander to certain elements of society?
While A-list celebrities of Hollywood are very much global trend-setters, we can see that the latest generation is more in touch with reality, in particular, the current economic climate, reflecting this in their lifestyle choices. Under-stated elegance is the watch word of Hollywood, as demonstrated by stars like Nicole Kidman and Cate Blanchett, and this has done nothing to diminish their careers.
Conversely, there is a flurry of interest right now, in the obvious assets of Christina Hendricks, star of popular TV Show Mad Men. Her fuller figure is natural, and is being applauded as the symbol of how natural curves can be attractive, too. She is heading a new trend in a 1960′s fashion revival, highlighting the hour glass figure with fuller skirts and chests, and small waists. Recent reports suggest she is triggering a fresh demand for plastic surgery, to create the fuller breast among every day people.
So it seems that big and natural is OK, and smaller breast implants are currently more desirable in the acting world. However, while large augmented breasts are not presently in favor with casting agents, they are certainly in demand on the ‘high street’.

Breast Implant Revision and Breast Lift

Breast implant revisions and breast lifts are surgeries designed to help women feel more comfortable with the look and feel of their breasts. Over the years, innovations in the types of implants used as well as the medical technique involved in reshaping the breast have made breast surgery safer than before.
Breast Implant Revision
A breast implant revision is a surgery intended to correct inconsistencies, mistakes, or other unsatisfactory results of an initial breast implant surgery. Whether it’s because of the presence of lumps, imbalance between the two breasts, deflation of one or both of the implants or wanting to reduce the size of the implants, breast implant revision is an option for patients who are dissatisfied with the results of a prior breast implant surgery.

What Is A Mommy Makeover?
Sure we love our kids. We just hate what they did to our bodies! Moms often wonder, how can such a tiny, little creature cause so much damage? Sagging belly, deflated breasts, pouches of fat in places we’ve never had it before – we owe it all to our bundles of joy.
But these days, plastic surgeons are around to help us put it (and our confidence) all back together. It’s called a Mommy Makeover, and the procedure includes ..More on Mommy Makeover
