Natural Scrubs For Your Face And Body

Natural Face Scrub
Using a natural scrub once a week is a great way to start your weekly beauty regiment so that you can have beautiful looking skin. One of my favorite things about natural masks is that you don’t have to spend a lot of money getting the treatment you desire because you can make it in minutes at home. Here are a few of my favorite scrubs that you can make at home.

Baking Soda Facial Scrub– This scrub is perfect for getting rid of blackheads and is easy to make. All you have to do is mix ¼ cup of baking soda with ¼ cup of water and mix it well so that it turns into a paste. Apply the paste to you face in small circular motions for two minutes. Once done, wash the paste off with lukewarm water.

Oatmeal Facial Scrub– This scrub helps to nourish your skin so that it will look and feel soft. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, 3 teaspoons of fine sugar, 1 tablespoon of almond oil and a little bit of grated orange peel. Apply the mixture to you skin in circular motions and wash it off with lukewarm water.

Yogurt Almond Facial Scrub– This is the ultimate facial scrub for people who have oily skin. To make it, simply ground 2 tablespoons of almonds and mix it into 1/3 cup of yogurt. Use circular motions to apply the mixture to you skin and wash it off with lukewarm water.

Olive Oil Scrub– This is a great moisturizing scrub that can be used for the face and body. Mix one tablespoon of sugar to one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil so that it turns into a paste. Apply the paste to you face in small circular motions and wash the paste off with lukewarm water.

Avocado Peach Body Scrub– This scrub will leave your skin feeling super soft. Mix 8 cups of kosher salt, 2 cups of avocado, 1 cup apricot oil, 1 cup coffee crystals and honey until you have created a thick paste. When adding the honey, add a little at a time so that you don’t use too much. Apply the mixture to you skin in circular motions and wash it off with lukewarm water.

Chocolate Body Scrub– Remember, it’s a scrub so use it, but don’t eat it. Mix 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract and a dash of olive oil. Use circular motions to apply the mixture to you skin and wash it off with lukewarm water.
After you make the body scrubs pour them into a sealable glass container so that they don’t go bad. If you like, you can leave the container in the shower, but only for one month because after that you should throw it out. The face scrubs should be used immediately and not stored because they’re made with fresh ingredients that will go bad instantly. Enjoy!
