Often referred to as Double Eyelid surgery, this treatment is designed to introduce a crease into the upper eyelid where one doesn’t exist naturally. It makes an aesthetic change to the appearance of the eye. A crease is not evident in about 50% of Asian origin people, and is the most sought after treatment of this group, particularly among the young as it is considered more aesthetically pleasing.
